The Report has been prepared by the UKJT's Control Panel, established at the invitation of the Lord Chancellor, following the recommendation of the Law Commission in its 2023 Digital Assets Report, for the establishment of a technical expert group on the control of digital assets. The Panel is chaired by Justice Zacaroli.
