About the resource
The International Jurisdiction Taskforce (IJT) Resource Book contains valuable information on the legal context governing the status and transfer of digital assets, how the various jurisdictions differ in their approaches and where there is some convergence.
This information will be of interest to the market, to lawyers and to policy makers and regulators.

How to access
The link will provide access to the International Jurisdiction Taskforce Resource Book, an AI-powered resource on the Google notebookLM platform. You can read the full text of the responses of seven jurisdictions (UK, US, EU, Japan, France, Australia, and Singapore) to a questionnaire devised by the IJT, and ask natural language questions about them.
The notebook also contains a position paper which summarises the material gleaned from the questionnaire in a convenient summary form.
