About the scoping paper
The International Jurisdiction Taskforce (IJT) has set up a working group to produce a scoping paper on Principles of control.
The working group members are:

The IJT is inviting feedback on all its scoping papers. You can download the Principles of control scoping paper below to read and review. Please send any comments you have to ukjt@justice.gov.uk by 4 September.
